Este proyecto consistió en el diseño y la producción de dos mesas a medida para el restaurante Franca, en Barcelona.
El encargo se definía a partir de tres requisitos principales: crear una pieza alta y compacta que permitiera al personal moverse con comodidad por la sala, ofrecer a los comensales una experiencia de uso confortable y garantizar una coherencia visual con el espacio y el mobiliario existente.
Realizadas en madera maciza de fresno, las mesas se componen de dos patas tipo slab que sostienen un sobre macizo. Diseñadas para funcionar tanto de manera independiente como conjunta, pueden disponerse en diferentes configuraciones para adaptarse a distintos tamaños de grupo y disposiciones de sala.
Sus proporciones optimizan el uso del espacio y facilitan la circulación en el restaurante, mientras que la posición de las patas permite un acceso cómodo a los asientos, incluidos los situados en los extremos de la mesa.
